Jump onboard with Nico Hulkenberg's future F1 car Audi AS26 for a couple of laps around the DEKRA Lausitzring.
The Lausitzring was opened in August 25th 2000 after two years of construction, it includes a two-mile tri-oval and a variety of infield layouts. Lausitzring is venue of DTM, ADAC GT Masters and the European Truck Championship races on their calendars.
The track was also sadly known by the tragic crash of Michele Alboreto onboard of the Audi R8 LMP preparing for the 2001 Le Mans 24H and the CART's 2001 Memorial 500 horrible pit exit crash between Alessandro Zanardi and Alex Tagliani. Nothing more to say about these events.
