Camping Vibes 2021 TOM SKY 2021-03-15 | Long awaited camping trip finally came trough in the beginning of march 2021 we were set back by many months of lock down severe rain and cold weather discouraging us from going into wilderness. This is our first camping after relocating to Astoria in late 2020. Fort Stevens State Park offers incredible views and diverse beauty on the other hand we were bit surprised that such enormous campground (close to 500 spots) offers only 5 low cost tent site alternatives as if was designed with commerce in mind suitable for RVs and rich audiences. We made the best of the trip and wanted to share the joy of simplicity so forgotten in complexity of life.The natural ambient energy field offered by natural habitat is impossible to describe unless experienced suddenly the taste of coffee potatoes sausage and even cheap wine gets enhanced by the natures healing powers.

Smoke keeps coming in and staying in windless condition reminding us how basic things such clean air we never think about once taken away can truly compromise your health. we found shelter in a hotel room with running AC and manage to stay isolated from the debree and smoke today we are being offered shelter at friends house and will be looking for humidifier

Oregon Fires Sept 9 2020 - Massive Evacuations - Smoke everywhere getting worse by the hour TOM SKY 2020-09-09 | Since 3 days we witnessed most unbelievable smokes covering sky the sheer number of fires is simply unbelievable have been breathing smoky air past 2 days while sleeping in our vans extremely lucky to book hotel for 2 days only hoping it will be enough time for the fires to mellow down but not holding my hopes my observations prior the forest fires while driving via portland the sun felt very ubnormal despite low 80f it felt as laser on the skin and strange ripples on the sky week prior all these fires emerged just my keen observations welcome to comment i'm lucky to be breathing still
