I started this one last august and from time to time, when I got inspired I continued working on it. this video had a major identity crisis throughout the year I was making it because when I started it I planned to base it on season 6, and then season 7 came out and had the voicemail storyline so I wanted to base some of it on that, and then the series finale came out and made it even more problematic for this video to make sense to me. At the end I kind figured it out, and I'm happy I "waited" because it feels complete. I'm even kinda happy with the result. Their relationship is so complex to show all the sides of it in one video. so what I tried to show here is what I think is sort of a cognitive gap in alicia's mind: between what she felt after he died (love of her life who got away) and what was really happening between them in reality before his death. I tried to show the contradiction and the conflict, and I hope I managed and you see it as well.Their relationship will always be so special to me. It's full of so many different emotions: love, passion, regret, guilt, hate, respect. And I even with the deeply (deeply!) flawed season 7, I was happy how they dealt with the will aspect of alicia's life. I don't think I have ever seen a show that dealt better with a character death than this one. The show chose to embrace it and not run away with it, and despite everything, I think it shows a lot of respect to the viewers. Anyway, I hope you guys like this video! xx

I can't believe I have a completed something. I heard this song many months ago when I saw the trailer for Room, and felt an urge to vid it, and now it's finally here. I won't say much, i'll just say it looked better in my head lol. I tried to use as many of my favorite shows I can, even if some of them are represented in only one clip. Also, you can probably tell that I made most of this right after I finished watching mad men lmao. Anyway, when I first started this I didn't know what it would really become, but after finding that beautiful quote (six feet under 3x10), I think it pretty much sums the whole thing up. And then, ele made an incredible damon/elena video with this song, and I felt like it could be the right one. Months later, I finally had the time to work on it, I looked for the song and found out it was by TS lol. I may live in space but I had no idea it was hers and ele just pitched it for her video. She was kind enough to send me her pitched version (which is, in my opinion, much better than the original). And two days later I finished it. this video existed only because of her and I thank her for the idea. You should sub her if you haven't already. This video came to me totally out of the blue. It was all thanks to Vale that inspired me to edit with her recent magnificent new multicouple (youtube.com/watch?v=TSMujM-LouA). And she reminded me of this incredible band, so its all thanks to her. So THANK YOU HUN! And this song, well it came to me and it basically fitted to 4 different video ideas that I had. But somehow with them it worked the best. I don't know how to even explain it. all the new seasons just started, and I see on twitter all these people twitting about exciting couples storylines. And being excited to see where it all gonna go. And it made me think about mer/der. Cause I really don't think I've ever watched an angst storyline about a couple that isn't together, that was better than their storyline ins season 2. I have a lot of otps, and I love every single one of them in a different way. But one of the reason I love these two so much is their storyline in season 2 that was also one of the best played storylines (building, acting, script etc) that I've ever seen on tv. So that's where the inspiration came from.I also think that the mer/der story in season 1-4 was a complete story with start, middle and an end. It was so well done, all the stuff they went through were right on with the characters and so well written an acted. The first 4 seasons are the ones that will forever keep them in the top of my otps list no matter what. So many years later, rewatching those moments, it's all still there. I do love them in the rest of the season. But from season 5 on, they were about something else. They're real story is seasons 1-4. and when it was over a new purpose began. a great story that ended after they got zola on 8x10. and from that moment on, they have a new story that I have no idea what it is. That's why shows should end in time. Anyway, this video is about season 2 mostly, and some of season 1,3 and 4. I am quite pleased with it tbh. There was something liberating not trying to use every single scene there was ever existed. I have this problem when vidding couples. I just always feel like I have to use everything. Well, now I didn't and it feels great. Anyway, I really hope all my grey's subbers would appreciate it. I've been vidding new shows recently. So it feels good to feel again a show and a couple that I know many of my subbers love. And I think that I've said it all. It's my favorite show of all time. And I'm not gonna explain why because I'm pretty tired of repeating myself. It's probably my least favorite video of myself in recent time. I just feel like every time I vid the show, the video looks the same?!? Idk. Second video this week, who knew haha.I only made two characters studies in my vidding history, both were made a long long long time ago (and are awful lol). I wanted to vid this character for so long, and I finally thought about the perfect song for her. Can't believe it didn't come up to me earlier. And together with the VERY well deserved emmy win for the brilliant Julianna Margulies, I just had this outburst of inspiration and I actually made this whole thing in less than 24 hours. I think it's may be a new record for me.I think Alicia Florrick might be my favorite female character of all time. I can go on and on and on about the reasons for it, but I don't think I could ever express in words why is the character are so brilliantly written and portrayed. I don't think I could ever include in the video her full story, and the full substance and meaning of it because it's so rich, and unique. You will just have to watch the show "the good wife" to really understand this character.The show is about a woman who used to define herself as a wife and a mother. That was her whole world. Supporting her husband, taking care of the kids, cleaning their big house. Her whole life is shattered when her husband is involved in a sex scandal. Which not only puts her in a position where she needs to "sink or swim" and go back to work. It also shattered her perception of herself, what she thought she is, and will be. this is the place we first meet her in. in the course of the show she meets people and making decisions that designing her identity from scratch. She slowly learns to fight for herself and for others, not to be the victim, she learns about interests, and people's intention, she learns about power, and motivation. And yes, she also learns to use power herself, to take care of her own interests. She is making many questionable decisions, and she is dealing with their consequences. And constantly fighting the biggest conflict of all – her mind vs her heart, or in other words -what she wants vs what she thinks is expected of her.And well, the main reason that I think she is a magnificent character is that she is not just one thing. she has many faces, huge part of them are bad. Till this point im not sure I like the person she is, but no matter what or why, even if I don’t agree with her, I always, always understand her. I still don't know what I think about this video. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I hate it. i want to thank becky (becqy16) so much for giving me a second opinion about this video cause I was not sure at all. Im on a roll. Two weeks in a row with a full length video. I don't remember the last time it happened. Well I kind had huge burst of inspiration on my last video (which I started and finished in the spare of 24 hours), while this video was cooking for may weeks (like 99% of my video). Anyhow, this video cherishes my favorite female characters on television. And more than that, it celebrates what I believe female character should represent. So I tried to make it about each and every single one of these characters but also about the idea. These characters's story to me is not about being strong, or being a weak, or being in love, or being a part of a family, or having accomplishments, or making mistakes. The story is that these are women who are all those things together and more, and are not defined by any of them. Each of them is sometimes strong and sometimes not, sometimes do the right thing and sometimes not. They all are mothers or daughters or sisters. They are all struggling with being in love. But it's all the pieces that make them who they are.I don't know if I am making any sense at all. Anyway, as for the result, im a little conflicted with how I feel towards this video. First of all I'm so sorry for the awful coloring. I don't know what the hell was I thinking. I wanted it to be yellowish, but I really hate it now. This has never happened to me before. I literally made the intro before I went to bed last night, and finished the video a few hours ago. Maybe it's because I feel so sick, and working on this video all day made me not think about how bad I feel lol. So, a new fandom. a new otp. I started watching ER a few months ago. I was planning on it for a while, but it was never on the top of my watchlist. But then when I caught up with the good wife, julianna margulies became one of my all time favorite actresses because she is so freaking fantastic, and tgw was on a hiatus, so I decided to start watching it. I am so happy I did cause it's a terrific show. All the characters, the relationships, the writing, the pace of the series, even though it's 20 years old, it's something I have never seen before. Season 1 is my favorite and is also one of my favorite tv seasons of all time. The last episode I watched was 6x21, which is also the last episode of carol/julianna. Im downloading seasons 7-8 atm, and I will keep watching for now. I still don't know if I will watch the whole run. It's too long, and the newbies don't do it for me yet.Now let's talk about these two. They considered one of the biggest popular love stories on television ever, and well, rightfully so. These two characters are so complicated, and what I love about them the most is the way they just get each other like no one else can ever get them. With not many words, they can just know how the other one is feeling. I love their journey, they're relationship has developed so much during the seasons, as they have grown as human beings. And the fact that they ended up together and got the most perfect happily ever (even though george left a year before) after is just the best thing the writers could have done. And I even mentioned the chemistry??!?! As for the video, I think one of the reasons I made it so fast is the fact it was on my mind for a while, and i kind of knew what I want. I really struggled with the pacing. I think it shown... I also used a 30 seconds clip and didn't cut it, well I did cut it. it is longer. But I couldn't cut it more, this one shot, besides its one of the most saddest moments I have ever seen (and it's hard to make my get emotional), it is so beautiful and it say so much, I still don't sure if it's was the right decision just to put it here like that. I hope you will forgive me on that even if you don't like it haha. The song is so perfect for them in so many levels, and it is so beautiful and I don't care it's overused. I really didn't plan to vid them again so soon. But.. you know.. I really don't know what to say, they just became the most tragic ship of all time to me (yes even more than carrie and brody and mark and lexie). They were the biggest what could have been in the history of what could have beens. This death was sudden, cruel, he died for nothing. There were no final words, no goodbyes. One minute he was there, and then, he was dead. And it is so painful. But that's how death is painful and random and most of the time there are not final moments, no last chances. People just left with a big hole in their heart. And that's where alicia is right now. We've seen her struggling with her feelings for will throughout the entire show, and she made her choice. She chose her husband and chose to never confront her feelings. She was afraid to confront them, she was afraid of what she might discover. but on the other side, she was brave enough to break her own heart in that process.In the last episode she was on a mission to discover what will wanted to say to her in his last day when he left her a message on the voicemail. During the whole episode we see her dealing with that whole in her heart, she doesn't what to do with the pain cause she don't know what she's feeling, she tries to find closure, answers. And then in the very last moment of the episode, in her husband's arms she finally admits to herself. That what she wanted him to tell her, that what she always wanted him to say. She wasn't ready before, but she is ready now. But she will never hear these words in another place than her mind. And the saddest thing is, that a few years ago, he left her a very similar message to the one she imagined. Eli deleted that message before she had a chance to hear it.That's basically the story behind this video. The missed chances, the what could have been.In this passed season will and alicia replaced their friendship with anger and rage. And I think they were in such an intense war because they couldn't do anything else with their passion. We saw will deals with the rage/love thing in 5x10, and I guess we'll see alicia dealing with what left of her heart in the next few episodes. So I really can go on and on about them and the characters is individuals cause the show is that good, but I'll stop now. I really hope they will use this death as a critical plot point that will move things a head rather than a way to just get rid of will and never mention him again like writers tend to do when actors leave a show.Special shutout to cassie who helped me with one of the scenes! Homeland is one of the shows that are most dear to my heart. It's one of the few shows that I watch in real time that I really love and enjoy every single episode (together with The Good Wife and Shameless). Of course I had to vid it again, especially after the end of season 3 (planning also a cast video in the future).Let me just start and say that carrie and brody have maybe the saddest love story I have ever seen on a tv show. And I wanted to show in this video why. I was a bit confused about what I wanted to say in this video, I made about 2 minutes and then started it all over. At the beginning it was about how she wanted him to be a hero and them to have their happy ending, but I decided to change the theme cause that's a big part of their story, but it's not why they are so special to me. They are two lost dark souls that somehow felt with each other something they never felt with anyone else -- peace. And the most tragic thing about their story, more than anything, is that they never got a real chance to be what they wanted to be. They tried and they fought and they hoped, and it still wasn't enough. That what hurts the most for me. As you know most of my favorite couples are the one that got their happy ending, and were in a long relationship with each other. And the tragedy in their story is that they will never get there. They wanted so much to be happy together, and every time they dared to believe they're gonna make it, they fell down. And it didn't matter; they kept trying again and again. Even after brody's death, carrie kept trying to reach for him with keeping the baby and drawing that start on the wall. As for the video itself, well I still on the fence. I finally got this video out of my system. I wanted to vid them to the song from the moment I got really invested in their story. Somewhere in season 2, and from that moment on, they song became more and more appropriate to describe this story. For me. This song is them. Yes, another fandom. this show is so damn good. I can even describe it. all the characters are so strong, and the stories are so intelligent. It's the best network show at the moment for sure.And these two, where do I even start? They are so messed up and the have concurred my heart. I wasn't that invested in on going show's ship since mark/lexie probably. And I just love to be excited to watch an episode and being so sad on hiatus. I really forgot how it is. And I have to tell you, I don't want them together yet. I mean.. they are obviously meant to be together, but there are a few things that needs to happen before they do -- 1. alicia needs to get rid of peter's ass. 2. she needs to be alone and maybe see a shrink to figure out her shit. 3. then she can go to will and have his babies. I just totally understand them both. Each of them has a very different view on their connection, and each view is so right, and so well written. He is so in love with her that it's physically hurts him. She is in love with him but she doesn't know it, she is too scared to see it, it's bigger than her, if she will let herself feel it she will break. So she decided that it's easier to hate him than to love him. Both performances just getting better and better each season and there is a reason why both of them were got golden globes nomination. I'm sure both would get emmy nom also. The show totally re-invented itself this season. It may be their best one yet. I am just so excited to see how it turns up. I am also so happy that michael j fox I returning. I just cannot wait. As for this video.. well I finished it in less than a week. the only time it happened to me before was with the mer/der arms video. So just imagine how eager I was to make it. and I know this song is super overused and I also know there are 3 other videos about them with this song out there. i didn't make it stop me. I decided this song for them a long time ago before it got overused and before all those videos were made and I wasn't gonna give it up. I didn't watch any of the other videos until I finished mine so I won't get accidently inspired from them. As for the final result, I'm not so sure what I think. Sometimes I love it. sometimes I hate it. I think I could have done it a lot better. I just don't know there are so many moments I wanted to put in and I just didn't... ugh. I was not magnificent | the west wing gal255 2013-10-31 | Watch in 720pSUB MY BACKUP (I have two strikes): http://www.youtube.com/user/gal255productionColoring adjusted from original coloring by Hermy483.~~As I say in my Josh/Donna video, this show completely changed my mind about what tv show should be like. I finished it a few weeks ago, and it became my all time favorite show. I just have no words to explain my love for it. Vidding it is so so soooo hard! There is so many great moments, and there is not a song that is long enough to make a great video to make it justice. I guess I tried to focus on the core characters as individuals, and also as little pieces of the puzzle. They are all extremely lonely people. Who keep making sacrifices for their mega important jobs. And I think that what's bringing them together, their love for their country and their devotion to their leader. There are all interesting and complicated characters who went through a long journey in the show. This is the only show I have ever watched that I can't select a favorite characters because I just love them all so much. I can't choose one. The video is mainly focused on seasons 1-4 which are the best ones in my opinion (which is probably the opinion of every west wing watcher), but don't get me wrong, unlike other shows I do like season 5-7. I just love them less. It wasn't the same, but it was still fantastic. There are many more brilliant characters in this show that I haven't included in the video - will, santos, vinnick, denny, amy etc and I barely used any charlie. And there are many relationships that are barely or not at all in it (cj/danny, charlie/jed, jed/toby, toby/josh), and many important scenes that I didn't use. The song was just too short:-/ so I'm sorry for that. I don't think this video is my best work at all. I used many voiceovers and stuff and most of you know I'm not a fan of them at all! But it is impossible to vid this show without them, cause the amazing inspirational script is one of the things I love the most about the show. Anyway. This video is dedicated to the lovely emma (smumsi -- she is the most amazing vidder) who is the only person here that I talk about the show, and she always makes me so happy! With her personality and also with her art in her amazing video! (check her account, I mean it. best!) so I hope you like it hun xxI don't know how many people will watch this video honestly. Some people don't have patience for long videos (and that's understandable), and it's also a fandom that almost no one in this community know/watch. So I'm not expecting too much feedback. I don't know where to begin. I'll start with telling you guys that this show totally conquered my heart. I have only 6 episodes left, and I don't know what I'm gonna do when it's over. It completely changed my mind about everything I've ever thought a good television show was, is, and should be. the inspiration this show gives me, I can't describe it. I don't think you can understand it until you watch it. And these two, what can I say? Their connection is too big, and too deep for my words. it's beyond romantic feelings, and beyond friendship, and beyond coworkers. It's family. it's even more than family. I just can't explain it. Their relationship has so many layers. Every moment they share can have so many different interpretations. They don't even have those big moments, their relationship is a collection of insignificance little moments, they can never deal with it cause they are so busy running the country, and that's another thing that makes them so special and dear to my heart. Honestly, I just can keep talking and talking about them, and the problem is that 99% of you won't even watch the show so you won't read it anyway so I'll live you with this big paragraph and that's it. As for the video, well. It's about time hahah. The last non collab video that I posted was that poilivia one in JUNE! i'm sorry for that, but The West Wing stole my inspiration, and I couldn't vid it until I finished watching. So here I am. I actually like this video a lot, and quite proud of it. it's mostly seasons 1-6, and like 3 scenes from season 7, I have another big tribute video for them I'm planning to make after I'll finish the show. This song is them - The moment that Donna understands that she doesn't really need Josh anymore, is the moment when he realizes that he can't live without her. Almost two years. wow! How time flies! It doesn't feel so long ago at all. I had this video idea in my mind for many months, but I decided to wait until season 9 is over cause I knew there will stuff in it that I would want to use.So it finally here.This is the third video in a series of very very long show tribute. It's not like I planned it, I just really wanted to vid these specific songs to these specific shows. So it came out like this. I have another long series tribute and another long couple tribute in store but that's gonna take some times. I know that many people prefer short videos, but I think that in order to tell the story as I want to tell it, I need to keep the song long. I want to create a complete experience for my subscribers. And I agree that there are many cases where short videos are better, but I think that in most cases when the fandom has many scenes and many moments (couple, cast, film etc), long videos much more moving.So no to this video, I am very happy to say that I'm pretty satisfied with the result. It even came out better than I expected. Of course I still criticize myself and I'm not 100% happy with it (for example i wish I had a better ending:-/). but I think it's probably my best video ever. So I really can't wait to see what you guy's think about it.As for the show, well... it's probably the first time I made a subjective cast videoXD this show is my favorite show ever. I've grown up with it, and I really wanted this video to show what I love about it and why it's so special to me. I tried to show all aspects of the show. Most people heard about all of the tragedies these characters have been through, but what makes me love the show are those little moments that make it what it is.I'm not gonna put down my thoughts about season 9, but I'll just tell you I banned 3 characters out of the video. I'm gonna talk about why I did it, without bashing them (but believe me that I canXD), cause I know many of my subscribers love them.ARIZONA -- well, I never felt too much for her. Sometimes I liked her sometimes I didn't. I just think that her action in s9 finale was the most horrific thing any character ever did on show in 9 seasons. and to top that. The writing for the whole storyline didn't make me understand her, or feel like I'm a part of her journey. So I just can't look at her. And I don't think she should be on the anymore.JACKSON/APRIL -- I will never understand why they are on the show. I think they make the show less good than it can be. I can not understand their existence. I wish they would have never been there in the first place.I think that the fact I didn't use all three of them is one of the reasons I love the video so much, cause I put in it the things I love about the show. I can't believe that I actually finished it!! I'm so proud of myself. So, it's my second video with this fandom, and the first cast one, and as you know me, I have my vidding aspiration so of course I made a 6 minutes video haha. Boy, it was hard. My affair with Lost started last August when I finally started watching it. I finished it a few months after that, and the rest is history. This show is one of the best shows I've ever watched. It's not similar to anything I've ever seen. It's so huge with so many aspects, and so rich with amazing storylines and characters. I don't think I really can express with words how good this show is.I won't say it's perfect, cause it's defiantly defiantly not. But it's so much bigger than its disadvantages. So lets talk about the video. It's the only TW cast video I've ever watched haha) and it totally inspired me to vid Lost to it. I thoughts this song could actually maybe do a little justice to the show. I chose to focus on some aspects casue I knew I couldn't get it all in. so I focused on the stuff that I love most about the show -- first and foremost the characters. the way the show tells it's characters stories is genius, and it actually make every single character so interesting and complicated. Another thing that I tried to focus on is the experiences that that group of people had together that made their connection eternal. It started with a metaphoric one, but at the end it was literal. Lexie was dying thinking he didn't love her back until in the last few seconds of her life he told her how he feels. And then Mark -- his heart just couldn't beat without her. I think my subscribers could tell that most of my videos are tributes. I try to build to most complete picture of a show or a couple, to include all of the important scenes, but still to try and tell a story. I rarely do anything else. But here at least in my scenes choice, I focused on one major aspect of them -- the tragic aspect. (I did the whole tribute last year haha). The pace is also very different from what I used to do, and I hope you guy's like the change. It's finally here. My first (EVER) movies video. I can't believe I never made one. The only all-movie video I've ever made was a titanic one long, long time ago. I don't really know why it took me so long.. I guess it's harder for me to vid movies than tv shows. When I think about making a movie video, I want it to have that kind of spirit that makes you really feel the actual film, and I'm afraid I don't trust myself to create that feeling.But, here we are, and I finally made it. This is my take about love in films. I used 14 of my favorite film love stories here. Some of them may be not the greatest films, but something there did work on me. Yes, I haven't made a video since the show ended. I wanted to. But I just couldn't for a lot of reasons. The first one was that I haven't found the right song, so no song=no inspiration. And I also was so so frustrated from how the show ended. Those last two seasons were so so bad in my opinion. If it wasn't OTH, the show I've been watching (and loving) since I was 13, I would have never keep watching. Everything that I loved about it was completely gone, not decent storyline, not decent anything. Only a few good scenes per season (!) that were worth watching, and even those scenes were attached to the storylines I loved from that start. I also hated the finale, beside a few good NHJ scenes, and the cast sing the theme song. I could give up the rest. Horrible dialogs, horrible storylines (even the NH one was handled awfully). The bigger the potential, the bigger the disappointment -- a phrase that pretty much sums the show for me.But I'm not her to talk about how bad the show is. I do love it still (probably not as much as I used to). So a few months ago I finally heard a song that made me think about the show. And I knew right away I have to start a new vid. This is the result. I can't say I'm proud of it. OTH is one of the hardest shows to vid. It has so many important moments, and I never feel like I am succeeding in capturing it's spirit. Probably cause it's spirit for me, is not the same spirit it has for the writersXD so ever video is kind of mixed up and chaotic. I tried to not to focus on the couples, but more on experiences that a group of people are going through in 10 years. I tried to show more other important aspects. Yes, in the last few months I've been watching Lost for the very first time. And, well I loved it! Well, I loved it, but also with all the shows I love, I was also mad, and angry, and rolling my eyes from time to time, but as much as I was mad. That's how much this show took my breath away. And as you know -- new fandoms always come with a new OTPS. I got 3 new couples to adore with this show -- Jin/Sun, Desmond/Penny, and Kate/Sawyer.Let's talk about the last one. I have no words to describe how much I love them, and how much I enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve over the seasons. I also have no words how much I hated their ending. Ok.. not endgame.. fine. But not even a last scene?!!?! It really made me really angry and sad. Cause for me, it felt like they were really meant to be together. I really liked him with Juliet, but she was no Kate. And I love Kate's friendship with Jack, but they really didn't work romantically, but I was fine with them too. But the way S/K look at each other, the way their character grow when they were around each other. And all those clues we got (esp in seasons 5-6) were all saying endgame. And then, not even scene? But let's put all of that aside... I really don't want to rant too much haha... let's talk about the video. This song is one of my all time favorites and I've been wanting to vid it for months now. I almost did it with Robert/Kitty and also with Matthew/Mary, but with both of them it never felt like 100% right. And then I started Lost. And the more I watch it, the more I felt like this is SK song. I really feel them in every line, and I hope I managed to pass it on. I tried to portray their relationship they way I see it, and the way Sawyer saw it, and a little bit as Kate saw it. it start with Sawyer, and continue with him moving on with a broken heart, to her being ready to finally love him like he always wanted. But he doesn't see it anymore. Although he loves her very much, he will never see it. I tried to include all of the aspects of their relationship - the flirts, the passion, the angst, the love, the hate. I used mostly season 1 cause I think that it's their best season. Their amazing connection was formed there, you got all the aspects of them there alone. Technically, this video was such a pain. And I'm very disappointed with the result. Esp cause of the "stuck" shot of Sawyer getting out of the water. I really don't know what to do anymore. Vegas pulls that shit on me every time I render. So I take off the sharpen amount, and it's still looks like this. That specific shot was only with 250 amount of sharpen without any convolution kernel or anything.. I am just so bummed about this. But never mind.. So I'm sorry if I won't upload many videos for the next few moths.Anyway, as for this video. Isn't this song just perfect for these two? I mean, it's like written about them. Every freaking line just screams Meredith/Derek. I had a vision for this project for over a year now, and I'm so happy I was able to finish it. I started the project a few months ago (didn't I mention I am slow?), it was so hard, but yet challenging and rewarding to do this. The pacing could be really complicated, and I'm not even sure I got it right. There are defiantly things I would change. But I still like it. I feels.. complete. The video is focuses more on their relationship in season 2-4, from Meredith pov. I tried to portray the journey she made from being hurt, not believing in love, to someone who wants to fight for her love, and finally letting her guards down and getting the love that she deserved. and although that even then it's not easy, she has him, and she isn't going to give him up so easily. I was watching season 8 this year, and I loved Lexie's journey. Her realizing that no matter how much she try to ignore it, and how much she doesn't want to, she is still in love with Mark, and then seeing her tortured with the fact that he's really moved on and not loving her back, to the point of her telling him what's she's feeling. I just loved seeing this. I enjoyed this storyline so much.Until a week ago I was 100% sure that we'll get a huge epic reunion in the finale. And I was listening to this song, and I thought how amazing it would be to make a Lexie POV video. Because this song is just so perfect for them, And I started it last week, believing I would put in it the big reunion from the finale. And then I watched 8x24 promo. I knew it would be Lexie right from the start. My heart completely broken for them, it was so heartbreaking. She's hearing all of the things she hoped to hear from him, in the very last moments of her life.As much as that scene was beautiful, the death wasn't necessary, and even if the actress wanted out, it didn't have to be her dying. And even if she had to die.. she didn't have to die like that. Grey's is one of my all time favorite shows. And I'd be a liar if I say I won't watch it again. But I have lost some respect for it. This was so mean and cruel. Should have been done differently. And now for the video, I don't really like it... I think it's shown that it was made fast... It's all Lexie's POV, even the death scene. It's a bit of a mess, but somehow I still like it a little. This show has really done something to me. I really thought I wouldn't like it before I started watching it. but after a few good recommendations from friends, and some amazing videos from Elise, I decided to start watching. And boy, I'm so glad I did. It wasn't love at first sight. I think it took me about half a season to really get into it completely. This show is not only so good; it's also dealing with issues with a different point of view than other stuff we watch on TV. It's focuses on family, and siblings and parents, and what growing up with people really means. The relationships and the characters were written with such an intelligence and humor. That is pretty damn hard to fall in love with each and every one of them. I wanted this video to be much darker, but I guess I was led by it, and not the other way around. And eventually it's happier. I wanted to show how this show makes the viewers go from tears to tears of joy and laughter and seconds (that's where the 'comes and goes in waves' line enters). And I hope I managed, and I hope I made some people want to watch it, because more people should! Now... I usually don't make birthday videos.. well I never make birthday videos, and that's for two reasons: the first one is, because sometimes it takes me months to finish a video, and I could never ever plan something to a deadline. And the second reason is that even when I finally planned to finish something on time, I finish it too long before the date, and then I can't help my self and upload it anyway:-/But this time, the most incredible coincidence happened.
