Ill Make A Man Out Of You - guitar karaoke
updated
I've been working on this Chicagoland save in TpF2 on and off since the beginning of the year. Forced myself to learn the basics of the camera tool as a way to show off some of the focal points of the map.
BGM is "Last Hope" by EARMAKE
In 2017, I made a video announcing that I was no longer uploading videos here. Life was taking all sorts of turns and it had sapped me of the motivation and time to work on these videos. Making that announcement took a lot of pressure off my shoulders, but the desire to make these videos never went away.
This video is the result of a month of on/off work in Railw- uh, sorry. Train Simulator 2022. It is a sequel/revisit of the concept I introduced in my old "Fantasy Tracks" MV posted almost a decade ago. The route has been updated with newer graphics and assets, and I thought it would be a good benchmark for how much things have changed since then.
The world has changed a lot since I stepped away. I'm honestly not sure a channel like mine can exist for long on today's Youtube. This is very much testing the waters. I want to return to the thematic-but-random music videos I used to make in the very earlier years of my channel's existence - hence the title "A Return To Form."
Things to be made clear:
-You might be seeing more content on this channel in the future.
-I'm not working on any sort of schedule. This is still a hobby for me.
-I'm going to try and stick with self-contained projects. No series or episodic sagas. That's just too much to take on right now.
Ultimately, it's nice to have an outlet to share these projects with on a casual level. A lot of people tell me how much of an impact my stuff made on them and how I've inspired many others to do the same. Whatever happens going forward, I'm happy to know that I contributed to a very creative community.
Whatever happens, happens.

11 years is a good run.
That's right, fellas. It's time to close up shop. As of this video, I'm retiring the "Ronthecyborg" channel. By that I mean I will no longer be uploading videos to this channel. I haven't been serious into making videos for a while now. Other projects and real life obligations have gotten in the way of that. Tracks of Rebirth was originally going to be my last hurrah, but even that wasn't able to reach fruition. So I've gone with the next best thing.
All videos uploaded to my account will stay up here for the time being. I have no plans to delete anything or wipe the channel.
As of now, I'm not actively making new videos, and I don't plan to anytime soon. If I do pick this back up again, I'll post a bulletin to this channel letting you all know where to find me.
I want to thank all of the viewers and subscribers who've stuck with me to the end (And even those that didn't). Making videos was always a hobby I did for myself first and no one else. Even so, knowing that my videos made people smile, or inspired them to start their own path, is enough to make me happy. A lot of what I have uploaded wouldn't have come to fruition without your influence. Thank you all, and I hope you enjoyed the trip.
Until next time.
What this video contains is the edited/polished footage up to the most recent point. You all are free to take what is given with this video and put your own spin on it. That being said, I will not say anything after this is canon.
Again, I can do nothing but apologize for not delivering on my promises. Real life has a way of steering you in directions you never expected to take.
If you look closely, you can tell exactly the point where I said "Fuck it."
Game is "American Truck Simulator"
I may release the fraction of video that is edited at a later date.
The best I can do for you is this somewhat comedic montage of my idiotic friends. :V
Growing up sucks.

Filmed on an LG G3.

Randomness abound in this one.
This was actually supposed to be 3 separate vids, but I didn't have enough material for the 3rd one so I decided to just stitch them all together.
Music credits at the end. Enjoy!
BGM is "INFILTRATION (KORS K REMIX) by Alstroemeria Records
Most of these shots were from the summer of last year. Anyone who's driven in the midwest knows how hard it is to keep a windshield clean during that time.
Lots of weeaboo tunes.
Video rated 18+ because I often listen to the RoosterTeeth podcast and they say "fuck" a lot
I wanted to do more with this video, but I just can't be arsed.

Jealous of her popularity in the group, Nega-Tojo posesses Tojo and travels back in time to kill a younger Michelle before she moved to Japan. Or something like that...

The first half is the main song. The second half is the "Reikai" track. For those out of the know, Ten Desires' game soundtrack had two renditions of each song. The first was the one you heard during normal gameplay, which had the main melody. The second, or "Reikai", track took out the lead instruments and focused more on the rhythm and backing tracks. Combine them together and you get pure audio bliss.
