EXTENDED CUT: Build your own 7-directional rod packing with pencils.Matt_Parker_22024-05-31 | This is the long edit of the building process from the main-channel video "How to build a Complexastix in 67 easy steps". youtu.be/MesBw3gF6Vs
The shots are all in the order they were exposed onto the film and we've just put the rolls one after the other. The colours look strange because it's the raw scan with no colour correction.
The scan was the full width of the film, perforations and all, so we had the option to show or crop the exterior parts of the film in the edit.
Yes, the sound is a bit odd and sometimes only in the left channel. It's the raw audio we captured on-set with no processing at all.
Thanks to my patreon supporters who paid to buy, develop and scan 2,000 feet of 35mm film, plus a bonus roll of 16mm. If you are one such supporter: you can claim some of the film! Details here: patreon.com/standupmaths
