Pencil Perceptions 2022-12-06 | One of my favourite face to draw This is one of the assignment of drawing old person's face with white beard and hair from our Diamond course . In this assignment there is no any use of sharp eraser like tombo mono zero or pencil eraser to draw white beard just to keep the texture of the paper intact. This tutorial is oriented about learning some abstract forms in hair and human skin. I have used the texture of the paper for creating skin texture of an old man

The complete assignment is focused on capturing the abstract forms of skin and white beard of an old person and I choose the reference of one of my most favorite Hollywood star Sean Connery the James Bond😊 for his dominant features. Drawing white beard with all the tonal variations and abstract flows was quite a challenging process as I don't use any sharp eresar for creating it and it won't work as I work in staedtler 8B black which is not that easily erasable .I leave the spaces empty and some time use kneaded eresar to clean up the tones . I hope I got it upto certain extent but not 100 percent . This is a totally freehand drawing but taken some time as well .

In this episode, Mr Sadashiv Sawant Telling about the pencil grades and explains how they work and how to use them. Particularly soft pencils give you a broader, rich black line. They are primarily suitable for artistic purposes. However, the soft lead also wears out much faster and therefore has to be sharpened often. A pencil of medium hardness is best suited for writing. If you write on it, you can quickly erase it again with an eraser. Especially stenographers appreciate these advantages. It's really useful to know how each pencil changes with different lead grades.

Pencil Perceptions 2021-10-29 | In this video, I've drawn an Egg and its holder; I started the sketch by drawing the basic structure of a holder and the egg, then outlined the sketch and slowly moved to the shading part.
