Sonic Unleashed: Mazuri Day (Act 1) S-Rank (Xbox 360)
updated
This isn't a perfect run as I messed up during a certain part. I'm 2nd Place Worldwide though but got annoyed because after 5 hours of hearing Zavok say the exact same thing over and over... it kinda gets on your nerves... Either way, I'm only 2.8 seconds off of 1st place Worldwide and will most likely tackle this later. Only thing I can't seem to get is an early power-shot on the Tail.
Expect more runs soon!
The breaking is pretty much a luck thing. It's not a sure chance you'll get it and it took me about 187 restarts just to get it working.
Anyway, enough ranting, yaddayaddayadda, enjoy me breaking the level.
Special Thanks to Paraxade0 for not running this stage. Gives me a chance to break it.
It really looks rusty, ugly, and I wish I could have done a lot more before showing it off but I wanted to get a preview out there just to show off my work I've been doing.
Preview 1:
-Cameras have been placed but REALLY need work aside from a few here and there. A few of them have been placed really quickly to make it look a tiny bit better for the Preview. Preview 2 will have much better Cameras.
-Lighting has been set, need to start using Vertex Paint to make the stage look a lot better.
-Version 1 Collision has been placed with some wonky things happening
-Sky Sanctuary Birds have been added with only four "Final" ones, there will be a lot more of them later on.
-Music has been added but it's a bit quiet. Going to fix that in Preview 2.
-A lot of scene objects have been applied Opacity to them.
-Part 1 has most of its splines placed aside from the Log-Paths
-Going to replace most of the "3D Poles" with actual animated Vines later on. That's awhile from now though.
Aside from that, there's still a lot left to do and I mean A LOT.

Metal Sonic in the original Casino Street Act 3. I would have done Act 2 but unlike the other levels it'd require hacking the level itself to remove specific elements of gameplay.
For some reason I believe Dimps converted the original files into a somewhat different format or just changed the header from a big endian to a little endian. (Might have that backwards since it's been awhile since I've done any research.)
As you can tell, a lot of the textures are somewhat off. Appearing and disappearing constantly.
Currently I'm working on Tropical Jungle (taking much longer than expected.), after I'm completely done with that I will be going back into researching Sonic 4: Episode I and II and hopefully crack everything wide open (I can already make my own levels but the format is simple anyway so.)
I would have uploaded Lost Labyrinth Zone Act 3 but most of the levels do not work that involve gimmicks. (Every Act 2 does this along with a few Act 3's. Casino Street's Cards are a great example in Act 2), it's still possible to get Metal Sonic into these levels but as soon as you enter where it activates (255x255 anywhere from the object), the game instantly crashes. I'm hopefully going to work on a hack later on featuring these:
Episode: Metal in Sonic 4: Episode I on Iphone and Nintendo Wii
Metal Sonic: Episode I--featuring the other levels that he could not access. (Such as this one!)
However, that's much later down the line after I finish Tropical Jungle.

Sorry about lack of videos again, life and such, hahaha! Anyway, I am back and uploading more videos yet again.
Like the title says this is merely just a recording test for Sonic Generations to see if I need to tone down any settings or not while recording. I'm working on Tropical Jungle (which I'll upload some previews whenever I feel it's ready to be shown) and something special! (Currently TBA)
Anyway, specs are as follow:
*Intel i5 Core Processor
*GeForce GTX660
*8GB of Ram
*Recorded with Fraps:
*@60fps: 1366x726
*Highest Possible Quality Settings using Shaders Mod
The Game Runs at a constant framerate of 60fps even at 1900x1200. Any lag noticed in the video is only produced by Fraps. (My HDD has a low read/write speed)
Contains Spoilers from Chapter... I THINK 11? I DON'T REMEMBER.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO BE GOOD. IT'S NOTHING MORE THAN A TEST.
It seems that Youtube messed up on this recording for framerate... the original video runs perfectly at 60fps.
Sorry for the lack of videos again, I've been deathly ill. I decided to try this out to see if I'd experience any technical problems recording such as insane FPS (I believe running at 200fps or even more... or dropping below) or various other glitches. Seems I only get a freeze here and there every so often. (After the speedup music ends).
Onto the video, Pyramid Cave is one if not my favorite level in Sonic Adventure 2. I've always been a sucker for desert/pyramid level tropes and this one is no different... sadly it's still kinda linear but still a bit of fun!
The video was recorded at 1280x720@60fps using FRAPS.

This level is basically the tutorial level, the levels get progressively harder and harder but for now it's easy sailin'.

Been awhile since I uploaded a video and I have a reason for it. I'd rather not go into details but I was in a relationship and it took up all my free time. So I'll start uploading videos now! Yay!
Currently I will be uploading FLY'N stuff: 100% runs, cutscenes, things like that. FLY'N is an awesome new indie game that deserves some praise and plenty of attention. FLY'N is available on Steam here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/223730
Featuring an amazing soundtrack and interesting platforming, this game is a great addition to the platformer genre!
Now onto other stuff, as for the lack of videos that will be fixed starting today. I will upload by default at least one video a day. If there is a reason for a skip it is because I shall be busy that day.
This does not mean Sonic videos are dead by the way! I am currently working on Tropical Jungle for both Modern and Classic Sonic! However, it is far from done and you probably won't hear much about it until it is close to completion. I'll also be uploading All-Stars Racing: Transformed eventually so stay tuned for that!
This will most likely be split into parts due to how long the game itself is. It will most likely go by checkpoints.
Any leftover time will be used on additional missions.
Uploaded because I'm completely bored and have nothing else to upload right now as I'm working on a custom level in Sonic Generations!
Enjoy 4 seconds of moonwalking!
THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A TEST.
However, depending on how feedback is I may or may not continue working on this. (Hence why there is no GIA mapping. This was also another suggestion by Paraxade0, hahaha!)
If you have any suggestions to the stage I would appreciate it! (Don't mind the layout, it was just something quick and more or less just testing.)
And before you say "Why is the stage so big?" well... the stage was originally smaller but due to how the stage is designed, it took literally 2 seconds to get to the other side. I feel that making it slightly smaller would be just perfect.
Another one I will not answer is "Can you please provide a download link?". As for now? No. There's still some glitches with the stage geometry (which can cause the player to get stuck. Don't want that!) and I would like to get GIA Mapping before making a public release.
I need to find Dude's Spine Exporter for more stuff that can be added. I have no idea where it is though.
One last thing, I would have included custom music however the Youtube Partnership forbids the usage of custom music outside of the game's franchise. (Due to this being Pikmin 2, this would be violating the terms.)

Don't mind the Goal Ring at the end! Have no idea how to change the position of the the Rank Screen.
Sonic: Ken Balough
As you've heard, Sega was hosting a "Let's Play with Fame" on Xbox 360. Where people at Sega played with random people. I was able to play with Ken (Sega's PR/Brand Manager) then Ruby (I think a PR? hahaha). (Feel bad for Ruby since he had to deal with SF1 multiple times, hahaha)
You may wonder why this video isn't in HD... well... that's because this is the steam version and I honestly have no idea how "720p" works for recording.
I'll upload more zones and such in HD later when the game is released on XBLA.
Recorded live on May 15 at 12:20am. -- Recorded live on Justin.tv - http://j-tv.me/JPXjK5
Also, uploaded Raw Video because I didn't feel like waiting half-an-hour to render a video.
Also, The Sonic Center has charts up!
For those who are asking: I added all the music myself. Since I hate hearing DUNZ DUNZ DUNZ for about 90% of the level. I didn't realize the Speed Up music was so loud though. :/
I never thought I could hate a level this much. Pink Spikes are so glitchy it's not even funny. And I played Sonic 2006! I may redo this again but it's really, really, really, annoying. Sub 2 Minutes might be possible but it would require a new strat.
This is the best strat for this boss. The rest mostly requires Luck. I have 51 seconds but decided to upload it anyway.
Ohmanohgodohmanohgod
This is pretty much perfection except for a few improvements (Nothing major, more or less just frame-by-frame perfection)
Also, this took forever to upload. I hate using Sony Vegas.
I'm hoping to also fix uncurling. (If possible)
Special Thanks to Endri from Retro. Without your tool I wouldn't have been able to research into hacking this game!
Not sure how this even happened...but...what? How did that Buzz Bomber move?
Kinda wish Sega of America hired game testers for this game. :(
Also, I've been busy with Catherine.
