Evil Genius 2 is a fun game, but why be evil when you can be a responsible casino owner that uses no other forms of making money?
In this video, I used only the casino to fund the full domination of the world and I never used a single money-making or heat-reducing mission.
It was sandbox mode which I quickly found out meant that no expenses were taken, but I was still able to explore this exciting idea.
This had somewhat of an unexpected ending, but in the end, I would say the goal of the mission was a success.
