Hey Dolls,
Welcome back to my channel. Today I decided to create another of my favorite characters from Disney Descendants series, Evie. I love Descendants and Evie is so awesome and her fashion is out of this world. I also added a blue wig for this tutorial which I think totally completes this Halloween look. I also love several of the other characters so there may be more Halloween looks coming with them.
