Covering all the known Recalls and TSB's for the S550 GT350. Most are a simple fix that can be easily addressed. Additional notification will be added here if more arise in the future.

***Corrections to the Video***
-TSB 19-2026 on aluminum corrosion - Ford recommended sanding and painting a new panel instead of the original one. Body panels are NOT vin numbered to these cars.

-2018 GT350's got different piston rings which reduced oil consumption. Original Piston Rings (GR3Z-6148-A) were superseded by (GR3Z-6148-C) for all GT350's.

***Additional Information & Updates***
Recalls/CSP's/TSB's document a known issue, the steps to rectify it, required parts, and how long it should take. SSM's (Special Service Messages) address common complains and concerns and are often just notes/FYI's that may not justify a repair.

There was no TSB for Piston Slap on the early GT350's. Ford issued SSM 46173 regarding the concern and they noted that it was normal for cars with forged pistons when the engines were cold.

Recall 23C35 - BCM Configuration Update - 2020
The brake system warning indicator may not illuminate if the brake fluid is depleted from the brake fluid reservoir. This may result in no brake system warning indicator when the brake fluid is below the recommended level in the master cylinder brake fluid reservoir, which may increase the risk of a crash.
