I'm able to hang track lighting track in about 15 minutes with the VEVOR drywall lift. I place the track (open side down) on top of the lift and crank it up until the top of the track is just barely touching the ceiling. Once I determine the position I install an anchor and secure the track to one point. Then I position the track in alignment with the wall and use a pencil to mark the holes. It's easy to push the track out of the way, install anchors, put the track back and secure the track into the anchors with screws.
I'm using two different methods of powering the track. One is an outlet and another is the track plug in dongle.
