Whipped Ricotta and hot honey dip:
1 tub (15 oz) Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (Note: Do not use skim or part-skim; it won't get creamy enough)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste).
1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper.
1 Lemon (you need the zest only).
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme leaves or Rosemary (chopped fine).
1/3 cup hot Honey
