This build uses:
🔓 Base game Sorcerer class
🗡️ Base game Nightblade subclassing
BUT—you WILL need either ESO+ or the High Isle chapter to access the Oakensoul Ring, which is the key to the Lazy Sorc’s one-bar setup.
So to clarify:

✅ Subclassing System (Update 46 – free to all players)
