Fifty-fourth video. This is the background music for the ninth and final "dangerous area" in Legend of the Mystical Ninja, which is one of my first and favorite games though it is relatively unheard of.
In this upbeat theme, I take full advantage of cat333pokemon's Mario Paint Real soundset and the Arrange function new to Mario Paint Composer v2. The enemies' jail cell was relatively easy to break out of, but the blue guards throwing cups at you are annoying and difficult to dodge in this side-scrolling stage. This is the last explorable area in the game; survivors will encounter two old minibosses before the boss (hope you brought a gold helmet; you're going to need it!). Legend of the Mystical Ninja is a great game with good music, but it is not an easy one. You can pick it up on the Wii's virtual console.
If you liked this theme, be sure to check out the 4 other pieces from this game that I've done in Mario Paint Composer. You can find them using video responses or by checking out a new playlist on my channel. Mystical Ninja is an uncommon game, which is unfortunate because it contains excellent pieces of music.
GRonnoc wins a cookie for being the closest to the actual tempo of this song (840)!
If you are jealous and want to win a cookie like GRonnoc, check out my newest videos and try to guess the tempo within a week of their release (since the actual tempo is hidden by the arrange feature of Mario Paint Composer v2). Whoever is closest receives a cookie! Please don't rip off this gimmick.
