I kept getting 2.01, 2.03, and the like until this finally happened. It also ties the TAS at 2.00.
I think the keys to getting the 2.00 are dashing on the first frame that you can into the gap (getting level with it as soon as is possible), and then again when you touch the ground lined up with the door.
