In May 2024 the Epping Ongar Railway held a Steam Gala.
Two visiting steam locomotives were present:
GWR Saint Class 4-6-0 Lady of Legend (2999) and
LMS Jubilee Class 4-6-0 Leander (45690) on her last outing before expiry of her boiler certificate.
Also present were EOR resident locos GWR 4900 class 4-6-0 Pitchford Hall (4953) and
GWR Small Prairie 2-6-2T (L150)
This video was shot from the lineside between North Weald and Ongar including the 1:70 gradient from Ongar towards North Weald.
