What makes for a thriving young adult ministry in today’s Catholic Church? Young adult ministry leaders Colleen Young and Tyler Davis, of the multi-parish initiative Converge, as well as Mark Capellazzi, Project Coordinator of Youth & Young Adult Ministry for the Diocese of Rochester, share some of the elements they see as crucial for building for a thriving young adult ministry based on their experiences with Converge and other young adult ministries from around the Diocese of Rochester.
