Because her 3skill always misses, first time I thought she isn't fit versus Karkanis because of counter. But Dizzy's debuffs and CR pushing are so crazy. With Dizzy, Boss's attack isn't that hurt anymore. Although boss resisted Luna's armorebreak two times, killing the boss wasn't hard work.
Dizzy is one of good pick in Arena also, I strongly recommend to pull her up. Even she is cute.
