If you have a sawzall, you may find it very handy for processing your chaga down into smaller pieces. From there, a hammer and chisel (or even an axe) will break up your pieces to the size you want. Don't forget to use a drop sheet or a towel on your work surface to help catch all the small pieces and the saw dust.
