I have had this Ecoflow Delta Max for almost 4 years. Most of the time, it has worked silently, but for the past few years, the Remaining Charge Time will suddenly drop from 99 to 3 or 4, and the fans turn on. It sucks in a lot of power and after 10 minutes or so, it returns to normal.
Most of the time, the input power matches the output power, implying that it is neither discharging nor charging. Then, suddenly, that changes and it needs a lot of power to charge up. Why can't it maintain the charge without going through this phase?
Puzzling behavior.
Can anyone explain what is going on? Does the unit need to be serviced?
