Do you like the idea of easy 1940's hairstyles? In this video I'm going to show you how to create the perfect pin up pageboy hairstyle. No backcombing or teasing necessary - it's a complete cheat - but that's okay - I won't tell if you don't.
Actually this is a very authentic 'cheat' - Girls in the 40's and 50's used all kinds of ingenious ways to get their hair how they wanted it to be and one of those was very similar to what I show you in this video so don't take any hate for using this method.
This gorgeous pin up, vintage hairstyle can be done on medium to long length hair and is easy enough and stable enough to do in the morning before work, or indeed before a night out (what are those? lol.)
Once you have followed this tutorial you will see that you have a beautiful 'u' shaped style - reminiscent of the horseshoe haircut so very popular in the 1940's and 1950's.
This is a style that wouldn't look out of place on Dita Von Teese so get your diamond encrusted stilletos on and let's get going!
