Jon Fishman's comment regarding this video (screenshot of :his original Facebook post) https://i.redd.it/vmt00zh9wi331.jpg
The following quote comes from Richard Wright (formerly Nancy) regarding this episode:
"The two details that weren't so accurate weren't even about me (Rael One-Cloud wasn't a Goddard student; I met her at a Rainbow Gathering in 1988; & evil Shirley Temple was a girl). Again, I'm honoured. This is probably the closest thing to a documentary that'll ever be made about me."

In this lesson, you'll learn how to play the lead guitar and rhythm guitar parts for the chorus of Bathtub Gin by Phish. This part two of a three part series that will cover every part of the song, including all of the rhythm and melody lines. Although this is a guitar lesson intended for beginners, I've transcribed Trey Anastasio's exact hand positions and voicings so that you learn how to play this Phish song exactly the way he does!

About this video:
This John Mayer Guitar tutorial is also a brown eyed women lesson, although this is just part four of a multi part series. In this series, we'll explore eight different John Mayer guitar solo techniques in several different videos. Although this is a collection of John Mayer Guitar licks, we will be studying one complete solo from Dead and Company, and I'll show you how he weaves these techniques into one fluid guitar solo. For the John Mayer guitar tab and other Grateful Dead lesson, you can visit the link at the top of this description.

About this video:
In July 1988, Jerry Garcia sat down with Guitar Player magazine to share some secrets behind his approach -
“You need to have enough access to the fingerboard that you’re not hung up about what where you are. In other words ‘What Key am I in? What scale interval am I at?’ You need to be able to let that go past you. I’m just getting into being able to get a good sound, regardless of the structure or mathematics. So much of the guitar is patterns. But if you look at it right, patterns start to melt into each other; pretty soon you can hit anything from anywhere.”
For the downloadable PDF guitar tab for this solo, check out http://amarguitar.com/song-studies/trey-anastasio-guitar-tab-brooklyn-free/. The guitar tab for this solo will eventually be broken up to approximately 20 separate Trey licks.

About this video:
Trey Anastasio's guitar style has always been an enigmatic, evolving lynchpin of Phish' music. In this video, I try to decode some of his approaches by analyzing the 6.17.04 version of Free, as played by Phish and featured on the Phish Live In Brooklyn DVD/CD set.
No copyright infringement is intended, I only use video/audio portions of Phish's official content to educate and inform fellow fans and musicians.
