Scott Summers Mannequins Pleasure Island 1996 (revised) ejbarnola 2022-09-08 | I copied this video from 'Keith Smith-aka-Scott Summers' channel because it is such a great mix. Here is the description of the video from his channel. "One of my "DV8" DJ nights in Mannequins at Pleasure Island Walt Disney World in 1996. Thursday's were Cast Member nights and we "Deviated" from the normal music genre with some classic alternative/80's early evening. The recording is from a live wide angle camera feed we had inside the club to send to the Street DJ to monitor and advertise what is happening in each of the 7 clubs. The audio is straight from the mixing board. Both went onto a Super VHS recorder. Great times, great staff and friends! Wound up at Mannequins and had a camera with a 2 hour tape and just shot everything I thought was interesting so I could show everyone back home what a fabulous club looked like. Disney spared no expense when designing Mannequins; complete with computerized lighting systems and a top notch sound system. And a rotating dance floor to boot!

Madison Square Garden Network (MSG Network) Rangers Hockey Open (1988-1989) 2 versions ejbarnola 2014-02-09 | This is the first generic open used by MSG after changing the look of their logo. This open was used for all sports telecasts on the network by changing the video in the boxes going through the tunnel. I posted 2 versions showing how the movement of the boxes could be changed giving both the producer and editor a certain amount of creative license to vary the look. In version 2 a young Sam and JD are on hand for a brief appearance. Once again the music credit goes to Michael Karp and Fred Manfra handling the voice-overs with his golden pipes. This was the open in use when I started working at MSG so it remains my favorite open.

He went to the studio where Edd Kalehoff conducted the musicians playing the the song which is just called "NY Knicks" and videotaped several takes. These are ediited together with Knick plays until the closing billboards appear and we hear the great voice of Fred Manfra. Good Times at McCollum Spielman & Company (early 80s) ejbarnola 2013-07-23 | We had just bought a new JVC KY2700 3 tube color camera (woo hoo) so I decided to take it out into the park across from where I worked and video some of my fellow employees (Norm, Steve, Edie, Ellen, Diane, Melissa) enjoying the sun on a spring day. The many transfers from 3/4 to vhs and to dvd have degraded the color hue a great deal. There was no audio on the original recording so I just put on some generic music I have in my library.
