All About Bears - Alt Om Bjørner - Norsk BlueOctopede 2023-02-23 | I've listened to this tape all the way through about five or six times as of typing this, and man has it really grown on me. The cast seems much more in their element here than in Luftskipet, and Teddy and Grubby's voice actors both get their chance to shine... even if they do accidentally slip out of their character voices a couple times lol. The tape starts off slow, and Teddy mumbles his way through his dialogue a bit, but by the time we get to Polar Bear Polka everyone has had their coffee and is raring to go. I hope at some point more of the Norwegian tapes are recovered, as this cast is starting to become one of my favorites.(Please forgive Nosey's sticky motor. He tries his best.)Shout-out and a MASSIVE thank you to all of the lovely people who brought this tape to my attention. You all know who you are. It is an honor to be able to archive another lost Norwegian Teddy Ruxpin tape, and I couldn't have done it without your help :)

I had a blast playing this game!! 2-XL seemed more into this half of the game as well. Characters from the previous game, as well as one fun new one, make appearances on this tape to ask us questions! And hopefully his little unintentional outburst near the beginning won't get me into trouble with YouTube 😂This tape is notable in that it has a few errors, both in the recording itself and a blank space that I assume is a manufacturing defect. Being near the end of 2-XL's lifespan, I think this game may have been rushed into production. Le Bateau Volant - The Airship - Le Français BlueOctopede 2021-12-01 | Oui oui! This is the French version of The Airship! I realized I'd uploaded the small Teddy version, but not this one. I do like this version a lot, and Teddy's voice actor reminds me a lot of the German version of the tape. They changed the tune of the songs a tiny bit to fit the voice actor's range and, like how they changed some of the songs for the Japanese Teddy Ruxpin stories, I do think it works very well.

If you don't like how Japanese Teddy Ruxpin sounds... you're going to dislike Jack's even more... 😅 Fortunately though, Mother Goose herself absolutely carries this story, especially in the two songs, I Feel the Magic Happening All Around Me and Thank You for Liking Me.The voice cast for this tape is:Mother Goose - Minori MatsushimaJack - Katsue MiwaMother - Yuriko YamamotoGiant - Ohba MahitoChicken - Tsukase Norikops. The beats and rhyming are literally perfect, and you can tell they're really having tons of fun recording these songs! I love how much Banjō Ginga's English has improved since The Airship 👏 The poor animator has a hard time keeping up with his rapid-fire lyrics on My Best Friend is an Illiop though 😂Interestingly, this book is unique from the other Japanese books in that it does not have the Japanese cast credited. Instead, it keeps the English cast on the inside cover, printed in English, and has the artists' credits translated into Japanese on the second page. Nothing has been cut, amplified, reduced, or edited in any way. You can even hear the needle hit the record this tape was recorded off of at the beginning. This is exactly how the audio sounds straight off of the tape. I cleaned my cassette player and managed to get a decent copy of Side B, which is what you're hearing here. The content is exactly the same on Side A, but Side A is significantly more worn so I am not going to upload it.I've uploaded this tape in three formats onto my archive.org account: .flac (for Ben 😊), .wav, and .mp3. テディ・ラクスピンの子守歌 - Teddy Ruxpin Lullabies - Japanese BlueOctopede 2021-10-26 | This tape came to me as a copy, recorded onto a mono cassette, so unfortunately the animation track is still lost. I do not know what happened to the original tape, but I assume it was probably damaged or lost many years ago. Fortunately though, we do still have the audio and the original book for everyone to enjoy! Apologies for the scan quality; the binding of the book was still incredibly tight so my scanner was not quite able to pick up the artwork between the pages. The Japanese text is nice and crisp though, for anyone who wants to read along! (The English lyrics underneath are not a proper translation, they are simply copied over from the English version of the tape.) This is by far the cutest version of Lullabies, sung by the lovely Fujita Toshiko. Aibo reacts to Teddy Ruxpin BlueOctopede 2021-05-22 | Pesu is still in the baby stage of Aibo Life, so mostly he just wants to play with his ball, but when Teddy did grab his attention he seemed very intrigued!! Teddy seems to be quite pleasing to Aibo, with the red shirt, movement, and sound, so I'll definitely let Pesu keep interacting with my Teddies as he grows up!! I want to get Pesu to sing with Teddy at some point!Sorry I couldn't really narrate this video! It was mostly just Pesu sitting, knocking the ball, or stomping around 😅 He definitely did watch Teddy intently at times... when he wasn't trying to get the ball or Teddy's sleeves!!!
