First preparation is to save a replay outside the cartel mansion where the start of the mission takes place, whilst Claude being on foot. Use F2 to save a replay and use F3 to view the saved replay. You want to avoid replays with Claude driving around, so save replays until you successfully have Claude on foot.
When you have failed attempts, you have to close the game and open it back up and start another attempt. Reloading the save file just won't allow you to do another attempt when getting to the method that uses the replay. I can't explain the reason behind this, but the method doesn't work when you want to attempt again with a reload, only a complete reboot.
Once the prep is done and a fresh attempt is ready, load the save file and use F1 to view whatever the last few seconds of the replay is, really doesn't matter, then use F1 again and get into the desired vehicle and drive to the mission location. Using F1 just after loading will refresh the vehicle slot cache and allow this conversion to work. I also recommend using this conversion on a garage with only one vehicle taking up space, that way it can take fewer attempts, since this conversion requires the vehicle to be stored in "slot 1" of said garage. If you have four vehicles in one garage, the garage will have slots 1-4 used up, and for this conversion, you don't know whether or not the desired vehicle is using slot 1 or the others that won't help with the conversion. Much easier to convert when there's only one vehicle in the garage. Using traffic vehicles for the conversion can be hit or miss.
Park your vehicle outside the mansion in a similar fashion as I did, just in case the game has cleanups near the mission marker when started. Start it and get into the nearby cartel cruiser after the cutscene and leave the property and once you pass the gate, spam F1, F3, F1, F3 repeatedly until you successfully have the cutscene panning to your desired vehicle. Catalina's chopper cannot be in the cutscene or any traffic vehicle that accidentally gets converted to AP. With each failed attempt, close the game and relaunch it the long way instead of reloading the save file. A successful attempt will place a red corona onto your desired vehicle. Take that vehicle to a garage and once stored, use F1 to refresh the vehicle slot cache once more. I didn't refresh it once more in this attempt, but I still succeed, so I'm not sure if it's required.
The game will crash when the timer hits zero because there is no target once you store your vehicle, due to no vehicle around with the corona. This will be prevented by using F1 or F3 which at random will place a corona onto a vehicle in traffic, which will be close by and likely in your view. If you have trouble with this, I show a good road to attempt this since traffic flow will move towards you, not away. It's located next to Kenji's Casino. Once you have a traffic vehicle with a corona placed on it, let mission timer expire, but make sure you aren't inside it, since it will be deleted by the game, otherwise Claude will be deleted too and considered dead by the game and you respawn at the hospital. Keep an eye on the vehicle to prevent the corona from disappearing.
This conversion will work on any vehicle that can be saved inside a garage. Vehicles such as the Linerunner, Yankee, Trashmaster, Dodo and Rhino will be stored in Staunton due to the size. Convert vehicles that aren't already available as AP, since the AP Cheetah and AP Bobcat are obtainable with mission passes.

Obtain the FBI Car by starting a shootout and gain a five-star wanted level and once you find a FBI Car that chases you, that will be the one to obtain. Avoid FBI Cars that are used as roadblocks, since they have the default colours used in the carcols.dat file. Once you have the FBI Car, start the mission "Rumble", collect the hoods gang member, and use him to convert the FBI Car to DP, then pass the mission as normal.
Most of the time I use the Taxi Driver method to convert vehicles, but for those who play on PS2 or Xbox will run into the problem of activating both Taxi Driver and Vigilante, or any other mission that gets activated inside a vehicle that use the sub mission button. For this FBI Car, activating both missions can occur when trying to start Taxi Driver in the FBI Car, which results in permanent blips that remain on the radar, hence why mission scripted passengers help avoid a glitched save file.
On OG Mobile and all Definitive Edition platforms, the Taxi Driver method won't work for these, so you'd be going for this method by default when playing on these platforms. Definitive Edition will require the game versions 1.02 or below in order for mission scripted passengers or thieves to work. Rockstar released 1.03 patch that fixed the car Crusher trick entirely.
I've only mentioned it once, on the first video of this guide, and that is the other moments where you can use mission scripted passengers, here it is again in case you need it at this point of the game.

Hold it and release it once Claude closes the front door, so you'll fail the mission, leave the Toyz whilst controlling both Claude and the Bandit. Navigate both Claude and the Bandit to the garage, and we'll do things differently by saving the game and reloading the save file. You no longer have control of the Bandit, and it is currently in a marked state, so we'll go ahead and use a vehicle that can block the sides of the Bandit, so Claude can teleport into it. Some vehicles just make Claude run around attempting to enter the Bandit without properly teleporting, so readjustments may be needed or a different vehicle.
At this stage, the game can crash when using the fire weapon button which is Left-Click/Ctrl/Numlock0, all by default (PC), Circle (PlayStation), Y (Xbox) or the on-screen button for mobile. This is fixed just by teleporting into the Bandit. If you successfully teleport into it, you can exit it by teleporting out and save the game, then reload it, so you don't need to do this procedure again. Firing your weapons works again and you can keep the Bandit.

Hold it and release it once Claude closes the front door, so you'll fail the mission, leave the Toyz whilst controlling both Claude and the Bandit. Navigate both Claude and the Bandit to the garage, so you can perform destroying the Bandit and storing it. It needs to be destroyed just before the the garage door closes, which can take a few tries depending on the timing. Use the nearby adrenaline pill as a way to help out with getting the timing precise. You should be left with a saved RC Bandit and all garages are stored at their absolute capacity in the first save file, or this vehicle is in a secondary save file, all matters on what you want.
There is an iOS trick where you can drive around with the Bandit if you obtained it in this method. If you use the button to enter the RC Bandit and Claude begins the vehicle enter animation, you can close the game out and resume it. You can bypass the game crash and Claude will be sitting inside the Bandit.

As usual, I'll use the Taxi Driver method to convert the Patriot into ghost form to take it to Portland, so now if you're at this point in your save file, all garages are filled up with vehicles perfect for the first save file for the game. Shoreside actually still has another slot to use, but there's no physical space for anything to fit, however in the upcoming video, you can store an RC Bandit in there, except the fact that it's a trophy. You can decide if you want it stored inside the garage or outside, in which can be driven. Back onto the topic of the DP conversion, this can only be done on PS2, Xbox and PC, since these allow you to activate Taxi Driver in any vehicle. OG Mobile and all Definitive Edition platforms work differently. The Taxi Driver method won't work for these, so for OG Mobile, if you have access to Android version 1.6 of GTA III, you can use thieves. Newer versions won't allow thieves, so mission scripted passengers are the only working method. Definitive Edition will require the game versions 1.02 or below in order for mission scripted passengers or thieves to work. Rockstar released 1.03 patch that fixed the car Crusher trick entirely.

This will be another time where I recommend using the BP Barracks OL with DP applied to it, rather than using a Rhino and a blown up Securicar. Start the mission and head to Belleville Park, where the Securicar will be. Cartel Cruiser will spawn, so destroy them if they cause trouble towards the Securicar. Keep a close distance to the Securicar, so when it reaches the north end of Belleville Park, you can redirect it to go off its scripted path and towards the safehouse. There are times where the driver likes to attempt to turn around, which you'd need to stop him. He should do most of the work and make it to the safehouse, though you can still assist when needed. In my attempt, the Securicar made it past the garage and into the save area, which made it a little more complicated. The driver can also get stuck at the weapon pickup area, which you can avoid by using up that space, but I just couldn't have the garage opened for him to try and enter it. I ended up dealing with a wrecked vehicle, but luckily was able to restore the Securicar.

Start the mission and start stealing the vehicles. Closest one is the Stinger which can spawn with or without a roof. I prefer the Stinger with a roof, so if you are picky, you may have multiple attempts. Take all the cars to the safehouse location, one by one and let the mission fail by running out of time, or destroying a car and restoring it to fail it sooner. With a garage filled with a few vehicles, you'd need to remove them from the garage, in case of something going wrong. All there's left is to convert these to DP (Damage-Proof).
As usual, I'll use the Taxi Driver method to convert these into ghost form and take them to the Staunton Island garage. This can only be done on PS2, Xbox and PC, since these allow you to activate Taxi Driver in any vehicle. OG Mobile and all Definitive Edition platforms work differently. Definitive Edition will require the game versions 1.02 or below in order for mission scripted passengers or thieves to work. Rockstar released 1.03 patch that fixed the car Crusher trick entirely. It's most likely your save file will contain a garage full of vehicles, so you can stop by Portland Safehouse to restore the vehicle that's in ghost form, then head to Staunton.

First thing to do is have the Rhino stored in Staunton Island and start the mission "Kanbu Bust-Out" and get a police car and attach a bomb to it at 8-balls. I chose to get the police car, attach the bomb, then start the mission. Collect the Yakuza Kanbu, take him to the hideout and use the police bribes if you have them to make this easier. Take him and the Rhino to Portland Harbour and use the nearby Yankee to block the driver side door of the Rhino to do the same trick as converting vehicles to DP (Damage-Proof) form. You'll need to leave by the passenger side and get back in, so the Yakuza gets back in too, in the passenger seat, so you can pull him out of the Rhino and convert the Rhino to ghost form. There are moments where the Yakuza sometimes pushes Claude to the ground when leaving the Rhino, but if you manage to avoid that, then you'll be able to convert the Rhino into ghost form. Breaking off the passenger side door may also help with converting the Rhino. Once the Rhino is in ghost form with you in control, you can now bypass collisions to be able to add the special bomb at 8-balls shop in Portland.
You can now head to Staunton, store the Rhino and pass the mission. The Rhino can already get the bombs at Staunton and Shoreside, however, Portland has the ignition bomb that you normally cannot add to the Rhino, making it special. This is mostly just a trophy vehicle since you can only activate the bomb once.

First thing to do is start the mission with a suitable ramming vehicle, preferably the Barracks OL, ram the Bobcat and collect only 2 pieces of evidence and go back to the Safehouse, provided you have completed vigilante to have convenient police bribes available. You can take your time trying to ram the Bobcat without the police interfering once you do this. If the Bobcat is flipped, keep your eye on it and the mission will proceed with another Bobcat on the map and the one flipped has become a decoy. Now you can push the Bobcat to the garage to save it. The Bobcat is no longer part of the mission, so it'll save immediately after leaving it in the garage. You'll want to store the Barracks in the garage and use a random vehicle to pass the mission, where once you collect all 6 pieces of evidence, you'll need to destroy a vehicle along with the evidence.
As usual, I'll use the Taxi Driver method to convert the Bobcat into ghost form and take it to the Staunton Island garage. Take out the cartel and you'll be told to talk to Phil, which you can now take the Rhino to the Staunton garage. Pass the mission by talking to Phil and take the Barracks OL. For a 100% save file, I like to store this at Shoreside Vale, which makes it the final vehicle to fit in this garage. I'd also have stored in there, the EC Kuruma, BP/FP Securicar, Unique "Corpse" Manana, BP/EP/FP Cheetah and AP/EC Stretch. You still have a storage slot for Shoreside Vale, just with a lack of actual space inside, though you can still obtain a Unique RC Bandit and store it in the garage with the Inside Garage storage method, if you are interested to do so. As usual, I'll use the Taxi Driver method to convert the Rumpo into ghost form to take it to Shoreside Vale. This can only be done on PS2, Xbox and PC, since these allow you to activate Taxi Driver in any vehicle. OG Mobile and all Definitive Edition platforms work differently. You will need to pass 3 missions being "Bomb Da Base: Act I", "Bomb Da Base: Act II" and "Last Requests". The first act of Bomb Da Base is just a simple cutscene, then the second act will contain a few objectives, in which you will have to provide cover fire for 8-Ball. "Last Requests" is a simple mission to pass, you'll just need to keep the Trashmaster in memory for most of it. I keep mine at the safehouse. Don't drive a second vehicle, apart from mission vehicles. You'll be on foot, running mostly. Even after when Staunton Island is unlocked, you need to run to the Trashmaster.
This would be the first vehicle to be stored in the Staunton safehouse garage if you have obtained all special vehicles at this stage of the game. Shoreside is almost full and for the next vehicle, being the Rumpo, you can store it there to complete that garage.

This will be stored in Shoreside Vale, so as usual, I'll use the Taxi Driver method to convert the Stretch into ghost form to take it to Staunton and then Shoreside Vale. The Stretch naturally has DP, so using the car crusher trick won't remove or re-apply the DP property. This can only be done on PS2, Xbox and PC, since these allow you to activate Taxi Driver in any vehicle. OG Mobile and all Definitive Edition platforms work differently. The Taxi Driver method won't work for these, so for OG Mobile, if you have access to Android version 1.6 of GTA III, you can use thieves. At this stage of the game, you'll have the 4 special vehicles, covered earlier in the guide, stored at Shoreside Vale, so storing it at Staunton first will avoid problems with a ghost form Stretch and an almost full garage. I don't show you taking it to Staunton and only go to Shoreside, but you are able to take it to Staunton. Rearrange the garage if you need to and store the Stretch at Shoreside Vale. This will be stored in Shoreside Vale, which is recommended to complete this garage first before Staunton or Portland for the 1st 100% save file. I will use the Taxi Driver method to complete the DP conversion trick, since it is convenient for this video, however, this can only be done on PS2, Xbox and PC, since these allow you to activate Taxi Driver in any vehicle.
If you have a version of the game where you need a mission scripted passenger, you can use missions such as "The Getaway" or "Triads and Tribulations." Don't complete the mission "Taking out the Laundry" before attempting this, since this mission triggers Triads to be hostile towards Claude, which can make this annoying to do. Once you have converted the Cheetah to ghost form, you can drive through the wall that blocks your entry into the tunnel which connects all three islands. Make your way to Shoreside Vale and store your vehicle. Getting back to Portland Island is up to you. Use a boat from the pier in Staunton, or learn how to fly a dodo located on Francis International Airport.

Transporting this vehicle will be similar to what we did with the Securicar. Go to the location i show at 2:32 and reverse into the corner of the building which will make the Manana phase through the ground. Make your way to Shoreside Vale and store your vehicle. Getting back to Portland Island is up to you. Use a boat from the pier in Staunton, or learn how to fly a dodo located on Francis International Airport.

I also convert the Kuruma into DP (Damage-Proof), and show two methods depending on what version you play on. The first method I show is aimed towards players who own the Android and iOS, but works on all platforms and versions if you'd like to use it. Using a passenger that is featured in a mission, (for example Misty from "Luigi's Girls") you can use them to convert most vehicles into DP. The second method works on PS2, Xbox and PC, since you can keep the Taxi Driver side mission from starting until you get in your vehicle which you want to convert. Holding the submission button, then leaving the taxi to get into your vehicle will start Taxi Driver in any vehicle. Using a passenger from Taxi Driver requires you to hold the button during the conversion process, where you take the passenger out of the seat.
While the vehicle is in a state where it has no colliders except for its wheels, you can drive through the wall that blocks your entry into the tunnel which connects all three islands. Make your way to Shoreside Vale and store your vehicle. Getting back to Portland Island is up to you. Use a boat from the pier in Staunton, or learn how to fly a dodo located on Francis International Airport.
I've heard about the Definitive Edition of GTA III with the problem of patches. Rockstar decided to patch the DP conversion with a release of 1.03 update. The definitive edition is a buggy mess and has many problems, but the DP conversion wasn't one of them. If you own the Definitive Edition and updated the game, you cannot use this conversion.
rockstargames.com/newswire/article/393o373751k48k/a-note-from-the-rockstar-games-team-re-grand-theft-auto-the-trilogy-th - Rockstar announced to those who purchased the Definitive Edition on PC, will receive the Classic versions as their way of saying sorry to the GTA community.
Final Note: The Kuruma according to the game files, has the colour under the name of Blue9, which I call Teal.
For those who play on either the OG Mobile and Definitive Edition if the patch you play on still can use the car crusher, you can use these missions if you require a mission scripted passenger for the DP conversion:
Luigi's Girls - Misty
Drive Misty for Me - Misty again
The Fuzz Ball - any of the girls
The Getaway - Leone gang members
Triads and Tribulations - Leone gang members again
Kanbu Bust-Out - Yakuza Kanbu
Deal Steal - Yakuza gang member
Liberator - Old Oriental Gentleman
Marked Man - Ray Machowski
Rumble - Hoods gang member
I'd watch out on using the Yakuza gang member from the mission Deal Steal, since if you make a mistake with the car in ghost form, just by falling through blue hell, permanent blips will remain, even after the mission is passed. All other missions, had no effect, back when I played on the OG Mobile version.

If you are wondering why I'm pausing and resuming the game at each destination in the mission, I was using a minor Speedrun optimisation.

I've also helped him out with trying to get the remastered release of SA on PC, which was available on the Windows Store, until Definitive Edition came along, since Android saves were compatible with that platform, as well as still owning a discontinued version of SA. I found a version that works, sent it to Lethal, except an issue was that he has Windows 8.1, and I had Windows 10 at the time (Now have Windows 11, and btw, use Windows 10, not 11, since 11 has removed a small amount of Windows 10 features), so there had to be another way. He was using Nox Android emulator to play SA, but the problem was, he had to map the buttons. He learnt the best alternative was to emulate the Android on another emulator, BlueStacks. This one being the best, since the controller is automatically detectable and no button mapping was needed. GTA III, VC, LCS and CW instead needs the option in the Drop Down Menu to be active as On, not Auto, so the controller would behave like on SA, no Button Mapping needed.
You could also choose what side mission you want to skip when you got that extra percentage, for example a hard side mission you don't want to complete, just skip it with this trick. You still get 100%.
Since December, last year, I decided I was going to build my own PC. As months go by, I got the parts one by one. I finally recieved the final component toward the end of last month and built it. It works perfectly and got all my games from my old PC to my current one. I also installed GTA V, since I was confident this would run it, which wouldn't be the case for my old one.
I even managed to downgrade 1.54 of GTA V (works on latest version, 1.57) from the Epic Games (Steam and Rockstar Launcher versions will work too), down to Patch 1.27 using Project 1.27. It was a simple program to install, located on this site if you want it: speedrun.com/gtav/guide/qhjzp
When the program asks for the location of the game, select the directory of the game folder. You'll need internet, so the program can download the 1.27 files. When you finish the whole setup, you can launch the game, or choose what version to play. If you're on the latest patch, click Downgrade located on the left side of the program to get to 1.27 and click the seperate Upgrade button to get back to the latest version. You pretty much don't need to copies of the game in order to play 1.27 or the latest, just change what version you want to play in the program.
You will need a social club account in order to play 1.27, and everytime you want to play on Patch 1.27, you have to launch through the Project 1.27 program, not through the PlayGTAV.exe or Epic Games Launcher, since for me, I end up with a frozen screen and a pop-up that says something about the Social Club authentication has failed, at the Rockstar Logo intro. This never happened to me when I click on Launch GTA V through the program. Also, after the downgrade, you'll get two different save file locations, one for 1.27 and one for the latest patch, located in My Documents. I have managed to load a save file assembled on the latest patch, on to 1.27, just moved it into the 1.27 save file folder.
This short clip I uploaded is a glitch that isn't present in the latest version, but still exists in 1.27, indicating that I successfully downgraded. You just have to aim the camera toward the pier, not out at sea, climb over the railing, go into first person and the Protagonist will change trajectory. They'll be launched into the air.
If anyone wants me to make a proper tutorial on how to downgrade, I may.

Once you get to the final part of the mission, where you take Reni to the hospital, the Mendez goons won't be able to blow up your vehicle via gunshots.
(this link isn't the original, since I couldn't find the website it was first uploaded. It's probably shut down, but if not, let me know)
Step 1: Download and Install Exact Audio Copy PSP Edition.
Step 2: Insert a Music Disk in Optical Disk Drive and run EAC PSP Edition and the program will automatically show all tracks present on Disk.
Step 3: Convert all desired songs and when finished, all files will be in .toc format
Step 4: If you cannot see the file extension, enable viewing of file extensions, within file explorer, click on view tab, and check the box next to the option 'File Name Extensions'
Step 5: In order for the GTA games to read these music files, is changing the name of the file extension. Change it from .toc, to .gta and insert your converted songs in a new folder located where your PSP Save Files are.
Step 6: This folder which contains the songs, need to be named as [region-code]CUSTOMTRACKS. You can find the region code of the game when you open PPSSPP in windowed mode and launch GTA LCS or VCS. Another way to find the region code is by copying a GTA LCS or VCS Save Folder and remove the characters at the end of the name, except for the region code, then add CUSTOMTRACKS to the end.
7. When the songs are in their designated places, start up any GTA game and once loaded in, hit pause, go to Audio settings and turn on your Custom Tracks
Notes:
The folder name will be dependent on your game's region version. Check the region code of your game and rename to [Region-Code]CUSTOMTRACKS
My region code for VCS is ULES00502
and my region code for LCS is ULUS10041
Yours may vary, and if you need help, my codes contain ULUS for LCS and ULES for VCS, the former is a U.S version and the latter is a EU version
Other region codes I have found:
LCS EU: ULES00151
VCS US: ULUS10160
This method is similar to enabling custom tracks to a real PSP, the only difference is the songs will be placed in the save file location somewhere on the PSP.
This is the final Time-Trial based side mission in VCS. I'm pretty sure in the video I said this was the second last side mission in the game, that's not true. Don't worry about this side mission taking half an hour, because after Gonzalez's mission, you'll unlock a side mission that's quick and easy to pass. Once that side mission is passed, there's no more to complete until you pass the final Story Mission. When I upload Swinger's Club, I'll give more information about Sky Wolf and why it's not necessary to pass for 100%.
[TIMESTAMPS]
Course 1: 0:23
Course 2: 2:45
Course 3: 5:58
Course 4: 9:08
Course 5: 11:46
Course 6: 15:13
Course 7: 21:23
Course 8: 26:23
Btw, I'm not sure why the cutscene wasn't playing the audio. Maybe a rare bug?
If during your playthrough, have obtained a drugs business before this mission, you'll receive extra percentage from doing so, but you won't get that extra percentage, if you pass this mission, then decide to take over all 30 sites, along with building one of each business type, a high roller. With the extra percentage, you won't need to pass the side mission Sky Wolf, which is unlocked after the final mission, so after the final mission, you'd already be at 100%.
In fact, any side mission can be skipped, provided that you have a drugs business before this mission. For example, you could complete all side missions available, except for Air Rescue, and still receive 100%.
Normally, the mission would pass, due to a timer count-down, that'll trigger the bomb to explode, while leaving the casino in one piece, assuming the bomb was at a good distance from the casino. The method requires OM0 to get the infinite timer.
I used the method to get an infinite timer from Bumps & Grinds, instead from Thrashin' RC. I could've activated the mission A Volatile Situation after obtaining the menu with infinite timer, then removing the menu, to restore the OM0 state. If you got the infinite timer from Thrashin' RC, you'd need to start the OM0 set-up a second time.
