It used to house a complete law enforcement complex, with everything from living quarters to prisons and a court, and has been transformed into the latest arts and culture hub in the city.One of our USkHK administrators was a lead engineer on the site for the last 6 years, and gave us a special tour, as well as early access so we could sketch unhindered, and the opportunity drew a record crowd!
