This setup is more defensive with 300M dps and over 500K ehp, you can reach over a billion dps if you use curses ( i have none cause they're annoying ) and aspect of carnage forbidden jewels instead of indomitable resolve
it is possible to get even tankier with capped spell suppression and capped true spell block, but I'd lose too much damage

a: 7% of my dps is cold and 2% is lightning combined with 20%(tree)+50%(mastery)+33%(legion jewel)+30%(flask) effect of non-damaging ailments i do have 37% shock and 30% chill against Sirus in game imgur.com/a/nEkR25j, you could see monsters in showcase are shattering due to freeze i do have it too

q: how consistant are simulacrums with this build?
a: this is not the best nor the most cost efficient build to do simulacrums but answering the question: a lot comes to the playstyle, i'm experienced (and done over 100 simulacrums) with dd ignite sub 300c budget and general's cry berserker. They're both were pretty squishy 1st one because of the lack of budget and 2nd has a thing called uptime when 90% of the time you're an immortal god with less damage taken from berserk buff and huge molten shell but 10% of the time you get destroyed by literally anything.
In this case the main thing is uptime on your vaal skills: on the later waves on dd or blade vortex you really want to pre-place vaal skill like i did in this showcase and kill Omniphobia and Kosis before they can even see you.

next upgrades:
elemental ailment immunity for 4 points on tree to take extra devotion and "Immune to Elemental Ailments while on Consecrated Ground if you have at least 150 Devotion" and body armour modifier "You have Consecrated Ground around you while stationary, Effects of Consecrated Ground you create Linger for 1 second" (additional curse is wasted since i have +1 more on amulet)

slamming 2 mirrors on synthesised jewels will result in 10% extra aoe and 8% crit multi

double corrupt a bunch of helmets, chances to get +1 power charge are ~1 in 40 and to get anything nearly 100%

recraft the boots with an essence attribute modifier for 3 extra omniscience

recraft the helmet with elevated "shock enemies as through dealing 50% more damage" suffix instead of multi

My thoughts&levelling info in description below
notes:
Nerfs were simulated by running on a 5L without Burning Damage support which is up to 39% more damage and using kitava's herald spectre
I took the gear from 299c budget video (approximate cost is 15-20ex on league start expecting 6L brassdome to be 5ex, glorious vanity 3ex and blackflame ring 5ex, rest is dogshit) except i'm using animate guardian and one of my rare jewels is swapped for an abyss jewel with phasing because i feel like they are mandatory for simulacrum
Showcased version isn't cheap because well it has a 6L and requires multiple expensive uniques but nowhere near perfection, 40-100ex version can probably do sims deathless

Overall build is playable, damage isn't crazy but consistent DoT feels way better than hit based however 1) there must be other builds that perform better than this 2) fireburst got nerfed heavily which cuts off options to make clear significantly better and forces me to choose other build options
Bossing in SSF scenario will be painful aswell because there's no overkill damage anymore which means if you don't know the mechanics you'll die

Flat damage from corpse life is broken and you can probably copy this damage with 100c or less but it won't be as tanky

I think the direction of this build is to go full jam on Fireburst weapon swap and fit in both Blackflame and Berek's Respite while DD damage is already good enough for single-target and u clearly don't need mirror-tier gear to continuously raise unearth levels to infinity
