Driving on a solid sheet of ice in Portland Oregon - 12.9.16 at 5:45 AM to the Gateway Transit Center. Solid Ice. No Dry Pavement. No problems driving in my front wheel Honda car, on the slippery ice. No traffic.
The wet pavement is all a "solid clear ice" and it is around 30 to 33 degrees outside and very windy, with a slight bit of drizzle.
