Even though Dragon Ball wasn't a big part of my childhood growing up, I ended up discovering the series much later on. My first introduction was through the original show and I completely fell in love with the setting and characters. I think it's safe to say that the anime industry wouldn't be what it is today without Toriyama's contributions and I'm beyond sad hearing about his passing.
I wanted to do a little tribute so I decided to record the iconic opening theme from Dragon Ball Z. I used Narutee's arrangement as a rough guide so go check it out here: youtube.com/watch?v=1UZBcmP0fS0 Otherwise the rest of this cover was mostly improvised.
