Various examples of how the dead ringer quick kill strategy works when you're willing to waste a bomb. Note that I advance on the rightmost column inside the bells unless there's a rider spawn, in which case I advance on the column to the left of that. This strategy tends to be a little safer/easier with broadswords or cats, in my experience so far.
