In this good talk about life I talk about the usage and over-usage of social media. Checking your phone every five minute can take you out of the present, but it has also become an escape in socially awkward situations. Nearby friendships can become screen-based, while long-distance relationships can grow stronger and be maintained. Don't let you social media define you. Let it be a way to share what you do with other people, help you remember who you were and be just a part of your path towards what you dream of.
