🧋 Bubble Tea Recipe (makes 2-4 cups)

50g black sugar
25g tapioca
1/8 tsp salt
75g water
another 75g tapioca for the dough
more tapioca for dusting
cook tapioca pearls for 3-5 minutes

200g sugar
75g water
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon

5 standard teabags
300ml water
steep 15 minutes
squeeze out teabags

for a total of 500ml bubble tea milk:
200g semi-skimmed evaporated milk (4% fat)
300g regular milk
3 Tbsp milk powder
