These special titles (which uses the title card from the Buena Vista reissue) were produced in 1980 for a rental version of the 1940 Disney short Fire Chief. I have no idea what “Three Decades with Donald Duck” refers to; maybe this was part of a series (suggested by the copyright dates 1955, 1941 and 1938), but I have found no information regarding this so far. Scanned from a 16mm Eastman LPP print.
