This is based on DaDoctorWhoFan's What if Doctor Who Wasn't Axed Series. I often wonder what a continuity announcement would have been like for Season 38 in 2001. I thought why not make this! :)

There was an Osama Bin Laden Panorama advert (because the original Continuity Clip came from after 9/11) and I was gonna use it but I thought that I better not do that so I cut it.
