I had been planning to do this test for a while, but needed a difficult trail and found it today when I was filming above the ski resort in the village Siglufjörður. I don't usually use automatic flight modes but this follow function is something I can use in some of my work, so I wanted to know how reliable the function is. The snow didnt make this easy for the Mavic 4, other cars and distractions were also good to have and the results were clear. The auto mode needs help maintaining cinematic angles consistently. But as for short clips, it can generate very cinematic shots and help build travel stories.
