In this video, I show how to make a DIY Waterfall Concrete Coffee Table with a Live-Edge wood slab inlay, and also show the woodworking involved to flatten a live edge wood slab and mill lumber for the base. Yes, this modern coffee table is made from concrete that is white :) I used a glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) mix to get the gleaming white concrete. The live edge slab is Cuban mahogany and the legs are made from African mahogany.

If you haven’t worked with GFRC before, it might seem a bit intimidating; but it isn’t. It really isn’t a whole lot more difficult to work with than standard concrete, and the results that GFRC produces are amazing.
