Great day (or should I say night) for railroading! Been a while since I last visited the Park for some evening runs aboard the Disneyland Limited. The day's roster is different from the past month and is as follows:
C.K. Holliday - Holiday 5 Blue & Lilly Belle
Ward Kimball - Holiday 4 Green
Ernest S. Marsh - Excursion 3
(Fred Gurley and Holiday 2 Red).
First are a couple clips of Holliday and Ward passing by Hungry Bear Restaurant followed by Ward seen from across the Rivers of America with Galaxy's Edge in the background. Then we have an entire montage of just Ward (sorry folks, didn't get any footage of Ernest this night). First is Ward pulling into New Orleans Square, then behind the engine from NOS to Toontown Depot with some wonderful engine noises in the tunnels. Then is Ward passing through the Christmas-decorated it's a small world through to Tomorrowland Station (with a brief encounter with a Mark VII Monorail). Then our last piece of footage is from within the Grand Canyon Diorama with a cab shot and the ability to see the straight-away of track before the Primeval World.
