DisGiving 2021 🦃🍂 || Disney Thanksgiving Potluck Collab

My first DISGIVING. My friend Awesome Jasem brought together a ton of DisTubers for a virtual Disney Thanksgiving feast. I made an eggnog cocktail, sweet potato pie and banana pudding. My recipes suck because I don't know the measurements but I will give you an ingredient list.

Eggnog Cocktail
1. Your favorite eggnog
2. Your favorite Irish Creme Liqueur
3. Your favorite shipped cream, a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Banana Pudding
Here is the link to the recipe I use as a base. I use chessmen cookies instead of vanilla wafers and french vanilla pudding instead of regular vanilla pudding.

Sweet Potato Pie
Crust
1. 2 cups flour
2. pinch of salt
3. 1 stick salted butter super cold
4. iced cold water

Sift flour and salt. Cut butter into flour with dough cutter. Add water 1-2 tablespoons at a time and knead until well mixed and stretchy, but not sticky. Roll out into a circle for the pie dish and add to pie dish.

Filling
1. 3-4 sweet potatoes
2. cinnamon
3. nutmeg
4. all spice
5. salt
6. carnation milk
7. syrup
8. 1/2 stick butter
9. 1 egg

Boil potatoes until soft. Remove skin and stringy bits. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to taste (at least 1-2 tsps each). Add a couple of tsp salt. Add 3/4 can of carnation milk and mix. Add syrup to taste and mix. Cut cubes of butter and stir in. Lastly stir in one egg to hold it all together.

Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
