This model has a blue light (405 nm) LED flood curing chamber to cure the coating after the dip process. The curing light intensity can be programmed from 1% to 100 % in 1% increments. A wait time after the dip, and before the curing, can be programmed. The flood curing chamber is made to prevent light leaking out to the main chamber to protect light sensitive solutions from deterioration. Valves are provided to purge the curing chamber and the main chamber with inert gas. The LEDs are cooled by circulating water through their heat sink. An immersible pump is supplied along with the instrument for this purpose. Sample holders customized according to the sample dimensions, material and shape are available.
