Traveling to Scotland's Isle of Skye, I stayed at Kinloch Lodge, ancestral home for Lord and Lady MacDonald and now a wonderful hotel at the edge of a beautiful loch. Besides a very relaxing stay in true Scottish luxury, I especially enjoyed the wonderful lodge restaurant, which is easily one of the best in Scotland. Here is just one of the meals that I devoured during my stay.
