Chris says, ' We went to Driffield last Tuesday and I suggested we go into town for a lunch treat. We drove round to the free car park only too be met with another Aldi store being built on the site.
We had to use the carpark next to it that is a meter controlled, -long stay and short stay.
There is another free one off Exchange Street but that was full and mostly occupied by folks that work in the town.
This loss of yet another free car park has gone down like a lead balloon with folk, goodness knows how it will affect trade especially Thursday which is market day'.
