Joanne Greco-Fiore - Diabetic Diet Myth: I Don’t Eat A Lot

How much do you eat each day?

Joanne Greco-Fiore of the Scarborough Health Network says that lots of her patients don’t think they eat all that much.

However, when she gets them to map out their daily routine for her, they realize that they’re eating much more than they thought.

It goes without saying that the less you eat, the more weight you'll lose. Cutting back on extra snack is especially important for diabetes patients.

Snacks can add up, so keep tracking your snacking!

The Scarborough Health Network has sponsored the creation of over a hundred educational videos for type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
