Destiny 2 Renegades Lore and Story saw Aunor Mahal and Eido revealing Three's Prophecy of extinction to the people of the Last City in defiance of Vanguard Orders. The consequences of this have yet to be seen, but The Guardians are already on thin ice with a populace that distrusts them. This latest lie of omission may end up inciting rebellion within The Last City as citizens have already started hoarding weaponry in defiance of The Vanguard. This is also to say nothing of potential agitators such as Dredgen Bael or even Lysander.
