The 767-300/ER is an extremely versatile aircraft for Delta. It can fly long domestic routes just as easily as it can longer international ones, and most of the time, you'll find them pretty much everywhere in the Delta network.

These aircraft feature the old Delta One product, which isn't all that great of a premium business class seat anymore. However, since Delta uses these aircraft on a multitude of domestic routes (and sells these seats as "first class"), it's a fantastic upgrade over other narrowbody aircraft in the Delta fleet.

This a full review of Delta 767-300 first class from Atlanta to San Diego in late December 2021. I had seat number 5D for this 5-hour flight, and the aircraft registration was N196DN.
