It's been a few weeks since I last did a writing vlog, and even longer since I did a day in the life, so here's a day in my life at the moment! I generally work from the office and from home on alternating days, so stay tuned for an office-life edition.
This was a pretty busy day - 7 meetings π« including a call with the first of my beta readers for Powerless. It was pretty nerve wracking having someone other than me read the book, but the conversation was awesome - Kris found some plot holes I hadn't noticed, and her feedback's given me a lot to think about. We also figured out the science, and are going back to super powers resulting from a gene mutation, so full circle!
After that, it was a fairly typical Tuesday - meetings, gym at lunch time, and then I got started working on prepping for Nanowrimo this year using The Anatomy of Story. Honestly, I feel like this book is too smart for me, but I'm determined to get through it!
