The Imperial Guard are the bulwark of the Imperium of Man's army. Tasked with ruling over the universe and administering the rule of law, these are not made of the best the empire has to offer and are created of natural births. Instead you're getting the devil's rejects. People who are tasked with accomplishing a lot who don't have a lot of resources.
The Imperial Guard have been deployed on this planet to tackle the deadly Eldar who have been spotted spreading corruption on this planet. However the Chaos, Ork,s, Tau and Necrons are all on the planet to oppose the Imperial Guard. On top of this the Blood Ravens are on the planet with a different conflicting objective to the Imperial Guard.
in this first turn we take on The Moriah Coast against the forces of Chaos
