For those who don't follow this style of editing, I (myself) coin the term re-editing to describe this popular style of editing that encompasses the transformative application of deconstructing and reconstructing appropriated footage to music in order to change the meaning behind the scenes of the media either to tell a new story or reflect the story of the mood of the music. This is done across multiple different mediums of footage as show here from Cartoons, Movies, Music Videos, and Anime.
