Starting August 3, the Member Card is being given away through Wi-Fi.
I downloaded the card on August 3 and was startled because I could not enter the inn in Canalave City. I then realized that I couldn't do it because I didn't yet pick up the Lunar Wing from New Moon Island and give it to the boy. Afterwards, I headed to the inn and was greeted by a strange person who told me to take a rest. I woke up and saw Darkrai. It took four battles and about 30 minutes of battling to catch the little bugger!
