Yet another pair of questionable USB phone chargers. They don't comply with safety regulations, they can cause an electric shock, fire or electromagnetic interference (EMI). One is a Quick Charge 3.0 charger rated 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.6A (not really), the other is a small 5V/1A charger (again a fake current rating). Let's test them, see what's inside and how do they work, including the schematic of the fast charger.
