Someones in the Kitchen! - More Gameplay Jo Hammet [Games Archive] 2020-05-27 | Someone's in the Kitchen! is a game developed by DreamWorks Interactive and released in 1996. This is a follow-up video to a previous recording I uploaded here: youtube.com/watch?v=acT2oTs_9UcThis video mainly covers making "discovery recipes" and "creation recipes" from the cookbook, which wasn't covered in the previous recording. Both of these types of recipes must first be made in the "mix and match" mode. Discovery recipes can be unlocked by selecting certain combinations of ingredients, and creation recipes are the player's own original recipes. After making discovery/creation recipes in the mix and match mode, the player can choose to make those recipes again by using the cookbook. When using the cookbook to make a discovery recipe or creation recipe, the player will receive a set of instructions, just like when making other cookbook recipes. Towards the end, I included a couple of extra scenes with the microwave in the mix and match mode.On a side note, I regret not getting around to this until a year after uploading the first recording of this game. Kind of embarrassing, but better late than never I suppose.

Highlights Hidden Pictures Workshop - Gameplay Jo Hammet [Games Archive] 2019-10-18 | Highlights Hidden Pictures Workshop is a game developed by Palladium Interactive, Inc. and originally released in 1997. It is based on the Hidden Pictures series from the children's magazine Highlights. The game has two modes: Hidden Pictures and Art Studio. In the Hidden Pictures mode, the object is to find all of the hidden pictures within a scene by clicking on them. There are 40 unique hidden pictures puzzles. In Art Studio mode, various art tools can be used to freely color the pictures from the Hidden Pictures mode, or create original artworks on a blank canvas.Notes: This video covers all of the 40 hidden pictures puzzles. Towards the end, I accidentally did 3 of the puzzles twice, due to losing track of where I started. I didn't really want to edit it out since it would create an awkward cut, and it makes up a pretty small portion of the video overall, but I apologize for the repetition. As for the Art Studio mode, I just tried to give a sense of the things you can do in that mode by playing around with the different tools. I didn't want to spend too much time in that mode, since I felt that just drawing and coloring in pictures would get repetitive after a while.
